Shipping Time For Local Orders
Orders received by 12:01am will be shipped within 1 to 3 business day. For Local shipments your shipping time will be 1 to 5 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 to 3 days (availability) + 1 to 5 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 2 to 8 business days after you place your order (estimated only).
Shipping Time For International Orders
Orders received by 12:01am CST will be shipped within 1 to 3 business day. For International shipments your shipping time will be 5 to 20 business days for international shipping, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 to 3 days (availability) + 5 to 20 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 6 to 23 days after you place your order (estimated only). Your local custom might also hold back the product for checking purpose, and this will also delay shipping time.
Please double check the stock status & postage with us before making any transfer of money to us. Once the payment is done, please email us the bank in slip or TT slip to us with the detail of product order.
There are 4 ways you can make the payment:
1. Payment by bank draft, Malaysian cheque or money order. Please make the cheque out to Computer Concept & Sysmtes Sdn Bhd and bank it in at a bank nearest to you into our Maybank Account: 007 077 408 747; or mail it to us.
2. Direct Bank Transfer to our Maybank Account :

3. Cash or credit card (Diner or American Express only) at our office (if you opt for pickup of your goods)
4. For online credit card purchases, click on buy button at the bottom of the product. Not all product is available to purchase using online credit card.
Note: Paying by cheque does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order your items until your cheque is received, and we don't deliver the items until your cheque or draft is cleared. This will probably delay your order by about 3 to 5 days. With regards to payment method (1) and (2), please email us with information of the amount and date banked in, so that we may track it and deliver the goods to you as soon as payment is cleared.
For oversea order, please TT the money into our bank account. Please double check the postage & stock status before you TT the money to us.

If there is a manufacturers warranty, we require the customer return the product directly to the manufacturer. All of our products are covered by a standard 10 day myccs.com warranty for replacement only, unless otherwise specified. Warranty period for products covered shall commence from the date of original purchase. myccs.com cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or abused by the customer. myccs.com reserves the right to make final judgment regarding the nature of the alleged defect. myccs.com cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose.
Any item being returned for any reason other than defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any product that is returned to us and said to be defective will be replaced with the same item only. No refunds, only replacement of the same item if it is defective. Refunds are not issued for any shipping charges.
We does not guarantee compatibility. Our goal is to provide you with the most information possible, to enable you to make an educated and informed decision. If you have a question regarding the compatibility of a particular product, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the part in question.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
We will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software -- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. We will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but we will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
At the moment the only forms of payment accepted for oversea orders are Wire Transfers.

For local customer in Malaysia, we use Post Malaysia, Skynet or KTM for delivery.
For oversea customer, we use Post Malaysia or FedEx for delivery.
