Batteries reverse polarity: Batteries reverse polarity may result in the blowing of fuse, repair as necessary and replace the fuse with an equivalent
Solar module reverse polarity: If the solar module reverse polarity, the unit will be function after correction
Load over-current and short circuit protection: If the load draw current exceed max. discharge current or load short circuit, fuses will be blow. repair as necessary and replace the fuse with an equivalent
Batteries open-circuit working protection: When solar module are charging, batteries is open-circuit, the solar controller will limit voltage, so that the load will not destroyed
Using Tips
Connecting all parts correctly according to the following drawing, be sure polarity is right. The order is follows: i) Connecting the batteries. ii) Connecting solar module. iii) Connect the load.
The unit is charging if “CHARGING” indicator is working in daytime, and it is full charging if the indicator is power off daytime.
The unit output correctly if “POWER OUT” indicator is working, otherwise, the batteries is over-charged.
Warning
Don’t connect any power supplies or chargers to the solar module screw connectors, otherwise the unit will be destroyed.
Ensuring the solar module screw connectors and batteries screw connectors are right, and without reverse polarity.

Solar controllers are good quality and maintenance-free. If you have any trouble or problem, please check the units as follows
Indicator is power off, without output: Check the fuse, maybe it is blown
“CHARGING” indicator is flashing: Batteries connected is wrong, correct it.
